Job Description

Summary

As the Senior Manager of the RFID Standards Program at Nordstrom, you will lead the development and implementation of RFID program standards across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring data consistency, interoperability, and the adoption of best practices, contributing significantly to Nordstrom's strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the RFID program team.
  • Research and identify current and future RFID tagging standards.
  • Develop and document RFID tagging strategies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent application of standards across departments.
  • Work with stakeholders to gain support for RFID initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in RFID systems.
  • Promote interoperability between different RFID systems.
  • Monitor and address data quality issues.
  • Develop vendor education on RFID standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
  • Monitor and evaluate RFID tagging initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve RFID processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest RFID technologies and standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve serialization processes.
  • Manage RFID tagging projects, including budgets and timelines.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise program management.
  • Strong understanding of RFID technology and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with partners.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
