Summary
Senior Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining RFID and serialization program standards across the enterprise. Leads cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption, ensure data accuracy and interoperability, and shape strategy for item-level serialization to support business capabilities like item accuracy and shrink reduction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the RFID standards program team and strategy.
- Research and identify relevant RFID tagging standards and technologies.
- Develop and document RFID tagging strategies, standards, procedures and specifications.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder buy-in for RFID initiatives.
- Oversee project planning, execution, timelines and budgets for RFID projects.
- Ensure consistent application of standards and promote interoperability across systems.
- Monitor data quality, address discrepancies, and support continuous improvement.
- Educate and support vendors and internal users on tagging requirements and compliance.
- Collaborate with industry partners and vendors to evolve serialization approaches.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise program management.
- Experience supporting RFID programs and strong knowledge of RFID technology and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
- Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and program management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
