Job Description

Summary

The Senior Manager, Retail Client Engagement North will lead planning and implementation of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations to drive retention, elevation, and acquisition through relationship management and local market events. This role translates corporate client engagement strategy into store-embedded plans, coordinates with store directors and retail leadership, and supports execution to impact sales and client KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market store-specific strategy, planning and execution of client development activities.
  • Leverage client pyramid analysis and client mapping to create retail plans to meet sales goals.
  • Review client outreach and tool usage to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
  • Align with corporate and field teams on a 365 calendar and annual client development plan.
  • Analyze performance and impact of client initiatives pre during and post execution.
  • Collaborate with Retail Area Directors and host regional calls to communicate client direction.
  • Create tourist development programs and manage regional client engagement events calendar and budget.
  • Coordinate event logistics including invitations gifting catering and vendor setup to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Attend events network with clients and act as a brand ambassador on behalf of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of management experience in Retail Marketing Special Events Hospitality or Consulting.
  • Proven client management and relationship building skills with VIP clients.
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation skills and confidence presenting to senior management.
  • Experience with CRM systems and business intelligence tools such as Microstrategy Siebel Acxiom.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and retail math.
  • Strategic analytical and planning capabilities with ability to prioritize and make recommendations.
  • Collaborative team player with ability to lead peers and implement plans.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
