Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Manager of Retail Talent Pipeline at Chanel, you will lead the recruitment efforts for all retail positions within the West Coast Region. You will collaborate with regional leaders and HR partners to develop innovative sourcing strategies and build a diverse talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Group Director of Retail Talent Pipeline and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Lead the upskilling of West Coast Region Boutique Leadership Teams on recruitment best practices.
  • Provide guidance on the use of Workday and other Talent Acquisition Tools.
  • Develop and execute diverse recruitment strategies to ensure an inclusive talent pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and key stakeholders.
  • Track and measure internal tools, job postings, and databases to communicate key metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Experience with technology and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.
