Senior Manager, Social Strategy

Summary

The Senior Manager, Social Strategy leads end-to-end social strategy for Nordstrom and Beauty across organic channels. This hybrid role in Seattle owns enterprise social KPIs, content direction, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Set editorial direction, platform priorities, and brand expression across social channels.
• Coordinate organic strategy across Nordstrom, Beauty, and Rack banners.
• Own social performance goals, including growth, engagement, share of voice, and brand health.
• Lead and develop the Brand Social team and partner with marketing, PR, site, search, merchandising, and agency teams.
• Identify platform opportunities, trends, formats, and tools to scale high-quality content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• 8-12 years of social media marketing and strategy experience, including team leadership at an enterprise or large portfolio brand.
• Expertise across major social platforms, scheduling tools, social listening, reporting, and KPI development.
• Strong editorial planning, brief-writing, and high-volume content experience.
• Available to work at the Seattle corporate headquarters at least four days per week.
