Responsibilities- Own and optimize Eyecare strategy, build organizational capabilities, and lead key initiatives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Eyecare business models within the retail optical industry in the US & Canada.
- Understand the optical doctor’s revenue model, key processes, systems, and growth strategies.
- Design and evolve the patient experience, understanding medical trends and conversion drivers to retail and healthcare.
- Support the creation of an annual Eyecare strategy and executive level updates for Eyecare initiatives.
- Develop in-depth analysis around business performance, including exam KPIs and profitability of different doctor setups.
- Lead quarterly business deep dives with senior management.
- Manage, lead, and track key priorities cross-functionally.
- Create onboarding and training decks covering eyecare strategy.
- Contribute to a monthly strategy newsletter tracking industry and competitive updates.
- Orchestrate Pearle Vision annual brand planning cycle and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze brand performance across all strategy pillars.
- Design a growth framework supporting the brand experience.
- Identify key initiatives by growth pillar and lead strategy working sessions.
- Define project plans and lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that drive guest count, sales, profit, and a positive guest experience.
- Build relationships and trust with business leaders, team members, and external partners.
- Maintain frequent communication with management and stakeholders.
- Create and manage project plans and timelines.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of strategy experience in consulting, medical field, or retail.
- Solution-oriented mindset with critical thinking and strategic framework development skills.
- Proficient at analyzing large quantities of data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fast learner who is proactive and curious by nature.
- Experience in running multiple complex cross-functional projects independently and simultaneously.
- Effectively navigates the organization, leveraging credibility to influence.
- Strong work ethic and comfortable in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Collaborator, partner, and team player.
- Master’s degree in business or highly analytical field or MBA preferred.
- Experience in retail, insurance, audiology, or medtech preferred.
