Senior Manager, Trade Compliance

Summary

The Senior Manager, Trade Compliance leads trade compliance across the US and Canada. This role oversees customs entry accuracy, government agency filings, duty recovery, broker relationships, and guidance on regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customs entries and government agency filings are accurate and compliant.
• Manage customs brokerage relationships, entry audits, and product classification programs.
• Oversee duty recovery and support duty drawback and CTPAT programs.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into actionable business guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, international business, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive US trade compliance experience, preferably in luxury fashion, apparel, or accessories.
• Expert knowledge of US Customs regulations, CBSA requirements, import and export clearance, and post-release processes.
• US customs broker license and/or Certified Customs Specialist designation preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, investigative, project-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
