Job Description

Summary

Lead visual merchandising execution across fashion boutiques and multi-brand boutiques in the Los Angeles market. Partner with corporate and boutique teams to uphold brand standards and deliver consistent, elevated presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute visual merchandising standards across boutiques and corporate environments.
  • Coordinate launches, floor moves, windows, events, seasonal installations, and product displays with cross-functional partners.
  • Oversee installations, mannequin changes, décor, styling, lighting, cleanliness, and photo documentation.
  • Train and coach boutique teams, manage boutique VM partners and freelance talent, and ensure timely execution.
  • Travel throughout the region and support broader West Coast and U.S. corporate visual merchandising priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of visual merchandising experience, or an associate's degree in Display and Exhibition Design or a related Art or Fashion field with relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, photography, organization, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times monthly by air and automobile; valid driver's license, passport, reliable local vehicle, and car insurance required.
  • Availability for weekend and overnight assignments and ability to lift 30-40 pounds.
  • Ability to work in person at the NYC office at least three days per week.
