Job Description

Summary

The Senior Manager, Boutique Repair and Maintenance for the West-Southwest region leads facilities and maintenance operations for a multi-site luxury retail portfolio with a home base in Los Angeles. This role drives day-to-day repair and maintenance activities, manages vendor relationships, and ensures boutiques meet brand standards for safety, compliance, and presentation. The position is field-based with regular boutique presence and requires coordination across cross-functional partners to support openings, relocations, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee repair and maintenance operations across assigned boutiques to ensure safety, compliance, and brand visual standards.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships to improve service quality, responsiveness, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to address recurring issues and improve long-term performance.
  • Support boutique openings, relocations, and enhancements through coordinated project execution and vendor oversight.
  • Provide on-the-ground response for urgent facility issues to maintain business continuity and minimize disruptions.
  • Contribute to budget tracking, financial transparency, and invoice processing for assigned locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, construction, or retail operations.
  • Strong understanding of building systems (MEP) and ability to read construction drawings.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Financial acumen with experience tracking budgets and processing invoices.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the region, lift up to 50 lbs, and respond to urgent matters outside standard business hours.
