Summary
The Senior Manager will lead Workforce Technology Solutions within Chanel Tech, managing internal and external teams to develop roadmaps, operating models, and deliverables that support payroll, UKG Workforce Management, and HRIS integrations. This role partners with Payroll, People & Organization, Retail Operations and Boutique leadership to drive configuration, testing, release management and production support. The position requires onsite presence in Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY at least three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Workforce Technology service pillar, managing internal and external resources and setting priorities and roadmaps.
- Design and implement operating models for timekeeping, labor scheduling, accruals, kiosk functionality, and payroll integrations.
- Own and enhance UKG Workforce Management functionality including timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, leave balances, device/kiosk functionality, attestations, approvals, and reporting.
- Manage integrations across UKG WFM, payroll systems, HRIS, finance/cost center structures, and reporting platforms.
- Lead configuration, testing, release management, production support, and post-release improvements.
- Create and manage project plans, identify risks, and communicate status to business and IT stakeholders; develop and execute test and training plans.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and lead senior governance meetings, steering committees, and strategic roadmaps.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate RFPs/RFIs and professional services engagements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Workforce Technology, HRIS and payroll systems with strong UKG Workforce Management expertise.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG WFM, timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, attendance, reporting, and device/kiosk configuration.
- Experience supporting payroll integrations between UKG WFM and payroll/HR systems; knowledge of Workday or other HRIS platforms preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s a plus) and demonstrable system design and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Retail or boutique operational experience preferred; ability to work onsite in Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY at least three days per week.
