Job Description

Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist supports loyalty retention campaigns across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, from planning through launch and performance review. The role applies customer and campaign insights to inform strategy and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to campaign discovery, strategy, audience recommendations, and channel planning.
  • Coordinate campaign execution, creative readiness, launch validation, timelines, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, make in-flight adjustments, and evaluate results to identify learnings.
  • Communicate campaign status, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders and partner teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, loyalty marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience applying customer and performance data to campaign strategy and managing launch quality.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and familiarity with modern marketing technologies.
