Summary

The Senior Operations Manager leads distribution center operations, supporting business strategy through operational efficiency, cost reduction, safety, quality, and performance. This role develops managers and teams while guiding processes across multiple shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of managers and their supporting teams.
• Drive safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and facility KPIs.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train leaders.
• Manage warehouse budgets, monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with operational support teams to test and implement solutions.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and leadership competencies.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and experience managing projects and programs.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, and make sound decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
