Senior Operations Manager - Supply Chain

Summary

The Senior Operations Manager is a seasoned leader responsible for driving day-to-day operational efficiency, cost reduction, and program management across the supply chain. This role leads and develops managers, supports succession planning, and partners with operational teams to implement facility solutions. The position requires strong judgment, flexibility, and focus on safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow performance of a team of managers across multiple shifts and departments
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train leaders
• Drive safety, quality, KPI metrics, and facility performance scorecards
• Manage annual budgeting, monitor expenditures, and implement corrective actions
• Partner with on-site and virtual operational teams to pilot and implement solutions
• Manage projects, programs, and initiatives within the facility
• Promote equity across the network and within the organization
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and determine actions

Requirements

• 6+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role
• Proven ability to develop leaders and grow leadership competencies
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs
• Demonstrated excellence in project and program management
• Well-developed time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvement actions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
