SummaryAs a Senior Planner for the Outlet channel, you will oversee planning and allocation, leading sales planning, promotional strategy, and inventory optimization across North America. Responsibilities- Build and update seasonal sales plans by category for Made-for-Outlet collections, aligning with OTB and financial targets.
- Create and maintain sales plans at the door level, reconciling with company sales goals and financial forecasts.
- Develop and maintain OTBs for seasonal and non-seasonal categories.
- Forecast sales for replenishment and carryover SKUs to support inventory and size-level reorders.
- Create and maintain the Outlet Promotion Calendar, planning and executing promotion and markdown strategies.
- Monitor SKU-level performance and propose promotional pricing to optimize inventory turns and gross margin.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance recaps, including sales trends and inventory positioning.
- Manage the outlet allocator to ensure accurate execution of allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launch cadence, stock balancing, and inventory optimization.
- Act as the planning lead for outlet business initiatives and partner with Finance to validate GM reports.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, merchandising, allocation, or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong command of retail math and financial forecasting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
