Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize long-term platform security vision and governance frameworks.
- Architect enterprise-wide security solutions for emerging technologies and multi-cloud environments.
- Drive executive-level security strategy discussions and translate technical risk to business impact.
- Lead cross-functional security transformation initiatives and establish organizational standards.
- Develop security measurement frameworks demonstrating ROI and business value.
- Perform security risk modeling for enterprise-critical platform decisions.
- Mentor principal engineers, architects, and senior technical staff.
- Influence vendor roadmaps and represent the organization in industry collaborations.
- Deliver multi-year platform security roadmaps and strategic deliverables.
Requirements
- 12+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years leading enterprise security architecture initiatives.
- Proven track record of defining security strategy at large enterprise scale.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving adoption of standards.
- History of mentoring senior technical talent and building organizational capability.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field; Master's preferred.
- Expertise in enterprise security architecture frameworks and Zero Trust at scale.
- Experience with multi-cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and platform security tooling.
