Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize long-term platform security vision and principles.
- Establish organization-wide security standards, reference architectures, and governance frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional security transformation initiatives and executive strategy discussions.
- Architect enterprise security solutions for emerging technologies including AI and hybrid cloud.
- Quantify security investments in terms of business risk reduction and ROI.
- Lead security risk modeling for enterprise-critical platform decisions.
- Mentor Principal Engineers, Architects, and senior technical leaders.
- Influence vendor roadmaps and industry standards through thought leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years leading enterprise security architecture initiatives.
- Proven track record defining security strategy at large scale enterprises.
- Experience with zero trust, threat modeling, and multi-cloud security architecture.
- Skilled in security measurement frameworks and business-focused risk communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field; Master's preferred.
- Experience mentoring senior technical talent and influencing senior leadership.
- Technical proficiency with security automation, SIEM SOAR XDR, and IaC security.
