Senior Print Designer, Collection

Summary

The Senior Print Designer, Collection is responsible for leading print research, development, and design for Women’s Collection, ensuring prints align with contemporary and luxury fashion while maintaining brand aesthetic. This role partners with cross functional teams to deliver seasonal concepts and maintain print archives while meeting calendar deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop original prints based on research of archives and historical references
• Execute seasonal print concepts aligned with brand evolution and luxury positioning
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform print development
• Participate in design meetings and assist with presentations
• Manage deliverable schedules and problem solve calendar or delivery obstacles
• Ideate future print design concepts for advanced development
• Collaborate with Technical Design, Fabric, Production, Merchandising, Graphics, Trim, Concept teams, and others
• Maintain organized documentation of print archives and seasonal records
• Assist in sketching, CADs, and building full scale specs and mock ups

Requirements

• Advanced sketching, illustration, and 3D Design CAD capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI design and ability to coach team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
• Deep knowledge of luxury market, materials, and construction
• Passion for and understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand aesthetic
