Senior Product Manager - Core Finance and Accounting

As a Senior Product Manager in Core Finance and Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in Nordstrom's finance transformation to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. You will lead the Accounting product roadmap, ensuring financial data supports optimal business operations and insights.

• Develop strategic roadmap in alignment with business and technology partners.
• Evaluate competitor experiences and establish tactical plans for key workstreams.
• Drive feature discovery and feasibility with cross-functional teams.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy, including UAT and change management.
• Support ongoing system health and performance initiatives.

• 8+ years in product management discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and finance transformation.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
