Senior Product Manager - Inventory Value

The Senior Product Manager for Inventory Value is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, responsible for leading initiatives for Inventory ERP systems. This role involves strategic product development, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric approach to deliver value. The Product Manager will plan the product roadmap, prioritize technology backlogs, lead product discovery, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Drive innovation by fostering creativity and encouraging experimentation across functions and domains.
• Plan strategically by orchestrating comprehensive product planning sessions and ensuring alignment across dependencies and domains.
• Advocate for the product by influencing strategic roadmap decisions within the domain and across organizational levels.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver impactful product solutions and ensure responsive support.
• Leverage customer insights by conducting research, synthesizing findings, and incorporating market trends and competitor analysis into product roadmaps.

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, technology, or ecommerce, with retail systems integration experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly in stock ledger management and retail operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP system design, data architecture, and transition to cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally with Engineering, Business Operations, and external partners.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related experience required.
