Job Description

Summary

The Senior Product Manager leads product strategy and roadmap development for overages, shortages, and damages exception management across the inbound supply chain. The role works across business and technology teams to improve inventory accuracy, recover carrier claims, reduce vendor chargeback disputes, and eliminate manual workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the strategic product roadmap for inbound supply chain exception management.
  • Lead product and technical discovery, align MVP scope and delivery estimates, and prioritize execution.
  • Partner with supply chain and transportation teams to ground product requirements in operational needs.
  • Build business cases and quantify claims recovery, chargeback dispute reduction, and labor savings.
  • Align engineering, operations, and other stakeholders on priorities and product delivery.
  • Define product requirements, process flows, data schemas, system integrations, and success metrics.
  • Measure product KPIs and support ongoing system health.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, technology, or operations.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inbound supply chain operations, including receiving workflows, carrier claims, vendor chargebacks, and exception management.
  • Ability to set product vision and a multi-year roadmap in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience leading discovery and delivery across multiple engineering teams, aligning on MVP scope, and managing a prioritized backlog.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to drive alignment with executive leadership.
