Job Description

Summary

The Senior Product Manager is a key member of the Returns Product Management team, focused on recovery optimization within our exhaust channels through data-driven insights. This role involves developing technical solutions for optimizing exhaust decisions, simplifying processes, and enhancing inventory visibility. Success requires strategic thinking, clear communication, and an innovative approach.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic vision for operational tools in key exhaust channels.
  • Create simple but innovative solutions.
  • Develop a roadmap to ensure efficient handling of returns via exhaust.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, inventory, and operational teams.
  • Partner with Engineering and Business organizations for cross-functional alignment.
  • Influence roadmaps and prioritize solutions across multiple portfolios.
  • Support requirements definition with problem statements, epics, and user stories.
  • Create key metrics and develop signals for data-focused approaches.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience in inventory and/or supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or related field.
  • Experience in creating and executing product roadmaps.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and product tradeoffs.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
