Summary
Senior Program Manager on the Compliance team within Legal responsible for strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the HR compliance program portfolio. The role partners with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements and to build scalable, well controlled compliance programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR compliance program portfolio ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment across Legal HR and business stakeholders
- Support compliance training and communication including strategy content development delivery planning reporting and effectiveness measurement
- Advise HR and business partners on development and implementation of compliance programs across HR compliance areas
- Assess health of HR compliance programs by conducting reviews identifying gaps and driving remediation plans
- Develop analyze and report on compliance metrics identifying trends and improvement opportunities
- Project manage complex cross functional compliance initiatives with clear requirements and stakeholder engagement
- Consult on HR compliance standards including communication documentation and process expectations
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in compliance and or program management with HR compliance or corporate legal experience as a plus
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal degree preferred
- Experience supporting complex cross functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into operational processes controls and documentation
- Strong communication skills including ability to simplify complex concepts and craft training materials
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with experience building metrics or dashboards
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity operate independently and drive clarity
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and influence without authority
