Summary
Senior Program Manager responsible for driving automation integration and standardization of supply chain assets, leading cross functional projects from design through deployment, and ensuring program discipline across scope, schedule and budget. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable implementations and continuous improvement across sites with significant onsite project execution and travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead high complexity, cross functional programs implementing automation and warehouse solutions.
- Own end to end project delivery including design, integration, testing, training and deployment.
- Develop and enforce project and program reporting structures and standardized documentation.
- Translate milestones and budgets into an integrated view to achieve program objectives.
- Assess, manage, resolve and escalate risks and issues and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Govern scope changes to ensure solutions deliver customer value and meet objectives.
- Create program updates and present to leadership including executive level stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members on solutions and best practices for site implementations.
- Travel to sites as required for on site implementation and verification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive project management and project execution experience.
- Minimum 4 years technical experience with supply chain systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS or ERP.
- Proven experience delivering large scale enterprise projects including greenfield and brownfield facilities.
- Strong ability to manage cross functional requirements and deliver to scope, timeline and budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence leaders at all levels.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations in retail or consumer goods preferred.
- Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent experience preferred.
