Senior Project Manager, Business Solutions

Summary

The Senior Project Manager, Business Solutions will lead technology strategy, innovation, and enterprise solution implementations for the Maison in the Americas. The role develops regional technology roadmaps, drives digital transformation, and coordinates cross-functional projects in partnership with business leaders and international IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business platforms and infrastructure, identify modernization opportunities, and develop a technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Assess emerging technologies and advise leadership on innovation opportunities.
• Lead selection, configuration, implementation, and rollout of business solutions and Group and Maison initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, vendors, budgets, funding requests, risks, and benefits realization.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, user adoption, and training.
• Build and maintain data analytics and dashboards, using trends to identify improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive IT experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and security frameworks.
• Strong research, vendor assessment, vendor management, budgeting, and project management skills.
