Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit high-quality, diverse talent for open vacancies.
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external client groups to understand business needs and staffing requirements.
- Execute recruitment strategies using various methods, including cold-calling and networking.
- Participate in strategy meetings with hiring managers and HR, providing a consultative approach on talent acquisition.
- Act as a liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR business partners.
- Gather competitive intelligence and create search strategies based on industry trends.
- Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures.
- Manage and track assigned postings, prioritizing and closing searches according to established timelines.
- Partner with HR Functions to identify and manage internal key talent for increased mobility.
- Generate recruitment reports and data for each recruitment assignment.
- Participate and lead virtual and in-person recruitment events.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in retail, corporate, consumer, or supply chain industries.
- Experience implementing recruitment processes and partnering with HR and business.
- Knowledge of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and partner effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Experience with change management and flexibility in work style.
- Developing analytical skills and the ability to report and understand data.
