Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment process for junior to mid-level management and technical positions. You will work closely with hiring teams to provide market analysis, execute creative sourcing techniques, and assess candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit high-quality, diverse talent for open vacancies.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external client groups to understand business needs and staffing requirements.
  • Execute recruitment strategies using various methods, including cold-calling and networking.
  • Participate in strategy meetings with hiring managers and HR, providing a consultative approach on talent acquisition.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR business partners.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and create search strategies based on industry trends.
  • Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures.
  • Manage and track assigned postings, prioritizing and closing searches according to established timelines.
  • Partner with HR Functions to identify and manage internal key talent for increased mobility.
  • Generate recruitment reports and data for each recruitment assignment.
  • Participate and lead virtual and in-person recruitment events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in retail, corporate, consumer, or supply chain industries.
  • Experience implementing recruitment processes and partnering with HR and business.
  • Knowledge of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and partner effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Experience with change management and flexibility in work style.
  • Developing analytical skills and the ability to report and understand data.
