Responsibilities- Build the Maison's presence, culture, awareness, and revenue growth.
- Review sales performance and goals weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually with Brand Ambassadors and key store management.
- Plan and execute in-store seasonal sales and events with store executive teams.
- Coordinate in-store activities and partner with the National Events Director to enhance store business performance.
- Share insights on business trends and competitive knowledge within your region.
- Communicate weekly with the Regional Sales Director regarding business performance and issues.
- Conduct seasonal in-store and virtual training on product knowledge, marketing strategy, and new launches.
- Coach product specialists on selling skills, customer service, and event booking success.
- Ensure all presentation guidelines are executed at the highest level following brand standards.
- Manage monthly calendar and expense projections, and complete damages for all stores monthly.
Requirements- 10+ years of related field leadership experience.
- Located in Bergen County, NJ.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with various departments to maximize sales.
- Strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and thrives in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
- High levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Expert business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic ability.
- Ability for domestic travel and flexible hours to meet job objectives.
- 85% of time planned to be spent in store.
