Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager

Summary

As the Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager based in Dallas, you will lead and develop regional asset protection teams to ensure the physical security of stores, employees, customers and merchandise. You will implement shortage control programs, oversee investigations and cycle count reconciliation, and coordinate with store management, Human Resources and Internal Control to resolve incidents. The role includes vendor and budget oversight, event and fire safety security management, on-call alarm support and significant travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field Asset Protection Managers, Supervisors and Specialists across the Central Region.
• Conduct assessments of asset protection and operational performance and deliver monthly metrics and reports.
• Investigate exception-based reports, internal policy violations and collaborate with HR and law enforcement as needed.
• Manage asset protection elements for new store openings, renovations and offsite warehouses, including vendor selection and budget oversight.
• Oversee alarm systems, EAS, card access and CCTV maintenance, provide on-call alarm response and support retail locations.
• Develop and communicate shrink, ORC and local theft trend materials and participate in regional communications and events security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a retail Asset Protection Manager or higher; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Experience with EBR reporting and Wicklander & Zulawski interviewing certification.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn other software quickly.
• Exceptional written, verbal and electronic communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build relationships across store and corporate teams and to manage budgets and vendors.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% and provide regional on-call support for alarm responses.
