Summary
Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager responsible for implementing comprehensive asset protection, safety and shortage control programs across the Northern Region. Leads and develops field AP managers, supervisors and specialists, partners with store management and corporate teams, conducts store visits and oversees security for new openings, events and renovations. Manages budgets, reporting, investigations and vendor expectations while ensuring physical protection of employees customers and merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional field asset protection team including managers supervisors and specialists
- Conduct bi-quarterly store visits and regional assessments to identify shrink and inventory control issues
- Deliver monthly metrics reports cycle count reconciliation and exception-based analytics to stakeholders
- Investigate internal policy violations in partnership with HR and Internal Control
- Manage asset protection timelines budgets and vendor expectations for new stores and renovations
- Oversee physical security systems including alarms EAS card access and CCTV
- Provide on-call alarm response support and support retail locations as needed
- Coordinate with law enforcement and external partners and manage security for events
- Prepare and maintain reports communication records and secure evidence
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a retail asset protection manager or higher
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Experience with EBR reporting and Wicklander and Zulawski interviewing certification
- Strong proficiency in Word Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn other software
- Exceptional written verbal and electronic communication and strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel approximately 40 percent of time including special events and store openings
- Experience managing budgets and regional vendor relationships
- Supervisory experience leading AP teams
