Senior Retail Designer - Travel Retail Americas

Summary

The Senior Retail Designer leads complex retail design projects for the Americas Travel Retail business, from concept through installation. The role adapts global design concepts to regional environments and supports premium execution aligned with brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic retail design projects, coordinate with HQ teams, retailers, and suppliers, and manage implementation logistics.
• Resolve technical, operational, and financial challenges while addressing root causes.
• Guide and mentor Retail Designers and Executives in project management, prioritization, and execution.
• Track budgets, timelines, purchase orders, invoices, suppliers, and installation quality.
• Maintain existing points of sale and support visual merchandising strategy, planograms, and visual calendars.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience, including retail projects or project management, preferably in luxury or beauty.
• Degree in Architecture or Industrial Design.
• Project management and negotiation skills; knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
