Senior Retail Operations Manager

Summary

Manage resources and operational performance for an assigned store to support sales and profitability. Enhance customer experience and oversee store operations while reporting to the Store General Manager. Work on-site and lead store operational teams to drive efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of all store operations
• Manage inbound and outbound order fulfillment accurately
• Support merchandise price changes and related processes
• Manage payroll and non-payroll expenses including labor and scheduling
• Optimize resources processes and behaviors to maximize efficiency
• Directly manage Sales Support Managers and Loss Prevention Leaders
• Ensure store inventory accuracy and adherence to processes
• Monitor profit and loss to guide store profitability

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience including luxury retail fashion experience
• Proven history of leading motivating and coaching teams
• In-depth knowledge of profit and loss management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift up to 10 pounds
• Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Exempt overtime status and ability to work on-site
