In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations, serving as the primary program manager and orchestrator of our cross-functional growth roadmap. You will be responsible for building robust business cases, establishing clear project governance, and tracking impact.

We are looking for a highly collaborative, execution-focused leader to work cross-functionally and operationalize our Revenue goals. • Build business cases and structured project charters that clearly outline objectives, resource needs, and expected ROI.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives from conception to launch.
  • Establish project timelines, milestones, and governance structures to keep teams accountable and moving fast.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and unblock with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Define the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each initiative and build dashboards to track success.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to analyze performance against targets and extract insights for future playbooks.
  • Regularly synthesize data into concise, high-impact updates for the executive team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Business Operations—ideally with an emphasis on strategy development and program management.

Analytical Rigor: Strong business acumen & modeling skills. You are comfortable diving into spreadsheets, analyzing revenue metrics, and using data to back up your decisions.

Execution Focus: Exceptional organizational skills. You know how to break down a corporate goal into digestible, sprint-by-sprint deliverables.

Communication: The ability to translate complex data and cross-functional dependencies into clear, concise updates for executive stakeholders.

Creative Problem Solver: Highly motivated by creating new solutions and able to challenge the status quo.

Business Intelligence: Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Preferred Requirements:

Sales Model Understanding: Familiarity with Sales funnel metrics, including leads, conversion, GMV, Active Customer Base, Retention, etc., ideally in Retail or Marketplace environment
