Summary
Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance at the Bal Harbour location. Reports to the General Manager and supports daily store operations while promoting retail excellence and clientelling practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide an exceptional client experience
- Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
- Create and maintain genuine client relationships to drive KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV
- Maintain client relationships through after sales service including follow up and product maintenance
- Support new client generation while nurturing existing clients
- Perform daily operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
- Maintain inventory operations and process consignments, returns, and exchanges
- Support the sales team through coaching and training techniques
- Develop business driving initiatives, contests, and events
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of retail experience
- Full understanding of specialty retail and proven clientelling track record
- Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to balance daily responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality with strong communication skills
