Senior Sales Associate

Summary

The Senior Sales Associate will deliver personalized luxury sales service and represent Boucheron's jewelry collections, heritage, and craftsmanship. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and expanding the boutique's client base.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate jewelry while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective product demonstrations.
• Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, personalized experiences, and effective use of CRM tools.
• Coordinate personalized client events and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and market presence.
• Share insights on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences with store management.

Requirements

• Proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or high-end fashion.
• Strong sales track record, preferably with at least 30% of total turnover from High Jewelry.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills; fluency in multiple languages is preferred.
• CRM proficiency and strong clienteling skills.
• Professionalism, integrity, adaptability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
