Summary

Senior Sales Associate responsible for supporting store sales productivity and delivering exceptional customer service through accurate inventory processing, merchandising and teamwork. This role maintains stock levels, assists with shipping and receiving and helps execute physical inventories in a fast paced retail outlet environment.

Responsibilities

• Process all inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are represented
• Communicate stock level and product quality issues to management
• Keep stock room clean and organized at all times
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and cost effectively
• Stock store shelves and racks as needed
• Assist in preparation and execution of physical inventory and resolve discrepancies
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with coworkers and clients

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment
• Stock experience preferred
• Full understanding of specialty retail
• Computer skills including point of sale systems, Word, Excel and email
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task effectively
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused attitude
