- Maintain client relationships through after-sales service, including thank you notes and follow-up calls.
- Support the team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Maintain daily operations, including opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, and inventory tasks.
- Set an example of operational excellence by following policies and procedures.
- Support seamless inventory operations and process returns and exchanges.
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
- Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
- Support the sales team through coaching and training techniques.
Requirements- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
- Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
