Summary

Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional sales and customer service at the Miami Design District boutique. The role supports store management with daily operations including opening and closing procedures, shipping and receiving, and maintaining the selling floor and stockroom. The associate builds client relationships, uses a client book for clientelling, and consistently pursues retail excellence and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service to clients
• Support Store Management with daily operations and operating procedures
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique
• Initiate and build relationships through creative selling and client book management
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and selling strategies
• Maintain visual standards and general maintenance of the selling floor
• Handle customer repairs from start to finish
• Advise clients on best fit and product selection
• Assist with inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
• Previous luxury retail experience preferred
• Full understanding of specialty retail and proven clientelling track record
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail Point of Sale systems
• Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
• Strong multi tasking skills while balancing daily responsibilities
• Positive outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial sales focus
