Job Description

Summary

Experienced sales professional to join a founding retail team for a new Soho store opening in March 2026. Must have 5+ years of fine or high jewelry sales experience and a strong affinity for the Soho client. Role is hands-on and focused on delivering high-touch luxury service and meeting aggressive store goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and build lasting relationships with Soho clientele.
  • Drive sales to meet store targets and contribute to an annual sales goal of approximately $2,000,000.
  • Execute visual merchandising, inventory management, and daily retail operations as a founding team member.
  • Participate in clienteling, private appointments, and community events to grow the client base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of fine or high jewelry sales experience with demonstrable results.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury jewelry product, craftsmanship, and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and clienteling skills tailored to a Soho clientele.
  • Ability to work retail hours, be hands-on in store setup, and collaborate within a small founding team.
