Senior Sales Associate

As a Senior Sales Associate at Versace Houston Westheimer, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships. You will support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining high standards and operational excellence.

• Meet and exceed sales goal targets on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Capture client data and foster genuine client relationships to exceed core KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV.
• Maintain client relationships through after-sales service, including thank you notes, follow-up phone calls, and product repair or maintenance.
• Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining existing ones.
• Maintain daily operations, including opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, and inventory tasks.
• Set an example of operational excellence by following policies and procedures and using proper tools and equipment.
• Maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the day.
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges.
• Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Support the sales team through various coaching and training techniques.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
