Responsibilities
- Drive sales through strategic prospecting, proactive client engagement, and effective lead nurturing.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients using disciplined CRM practices.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales appointments, tailoring experiences to individual client preferences.
- Participate actively in marketing events and activations to generate qualified leads and enhance brand presence.
- Provide personalized guidance on vehicle selection, customization options, and aftersales services.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at high-profile events, client meetings, and private viewings.
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey that aligns with the brand’s ultra-luxury positioning.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury goods sales, such as furniture, fashion, art, timepieces, or jewelry.
- Strong network of client relationships within the ultra-high-net-worth segment.
- Business development mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
