Responsibilities
- Consistently drive sales through strategic prospecting, consultative client engagement, and proactive lead nurturing.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients using disciplined CRM practices and genuine connections.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales appointments, tailoring experiences to individual client preferences.
- Participate actively in high-profile marketing events and activations to generate qualified leads and enhance brand desirability.
- Provide personalized guidance on vehicle selection, customization options, and aftersales services.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
- Represent the company at exclusive events, client meetings, and private viewings, embodying the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Foster relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and potential collaborators to expand the client base.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury goods sales, including sectors such as furniture, fashion, art, timepieces, or jewelry.
- Strong network of high-net-worth client relationships and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Business development mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to instill trust and charm elite clientele.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet clients and attend exclusive events.
- Deep understanding of ultra-high-net-worth individuals’ behaviors, motivations, and purchasing patterns.
- Excellent negotiation, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence skills.
- High cultural awareness, social agility, and the ability to adapt in high-pressure environments.
