Responsibilities
- Consistently drive sales through resourceful prospecting, proactive consultative client engagement, thoughtful outreach, and tireless lead nurturing.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients through disciplined CRM, proven techniques, and genuine connections.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales appointments, tailoring the client experience to individual preferences, wherever and whenever needed.
- Actively participate in marketing events and activations to generate new qualified leads and enhance brand desire.
- Provide personalized guidance on vehicle selection, customization options, and aftersales, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining stellar client satisfaction and exceeding expectations at each stage of the client journey.
- Represent the company at high-profile events, client meetings, and private viewings.
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey that aligns with the brand’s ultra-luxury positioning.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the models, craftsmanship, and brand story to establish and strengthen clients’ emotional connection to the company.
- Act as an ambassador, fostering relationships with ultra high net worth individuals and collaborators.
Requirements
- Proven luxury goods sales experience, preferably in sectors such as furniture, fashion, art, timepieces, or jewelry.
- Strong network of client relationships within key markets including New York, Miami/Palm Beach, Los Angeles, and Dallas/Greater Texas.
- Business development mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets and generating repeat and referral purchases.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and charm high net worth individuals.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for clients and events.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
- Persuasive and consultative selling techniques with high emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
- High cultural awareness and social agility to engage with diverse clientele.
- Effective time management and the ability to adapt and remain composed under pressure.
- Passion for rare collectibles and the ability to convey emotional storytelling.
- Proactive and self-motivated in seeking out new ultra high net worth prospects.
