Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and drive full price sales across product pillars.
- Maintain customer correspondence and utilize virtual selling and technology for client outreach.
- Develop strong product knowledge and stay informed about company history and industry trends.
- Support product launches, special events, inventory and store projects as needed.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and adhere to company policies and presentation standards.
- Maintain professional communication with store management, peers and corporate partners.
- Network and socialize with target customers to expand client relationships.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task in a high pressure environment.
- Self starter with a proactive mindset and passion for learning and selling.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Basic computer skills preferred including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to maneuver on the sales floor, stock areas and use ladder as trained under safety guidelines.
