SummaryAs a Senior Specialist in Integrated Media Strategy, you will collaborate with internal brand and channel teams, as well as external agencies, to develop comprehensive paid media strategies for Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Your role is pivotal in reaching and engaging target audiences through both online and offline channels, driving sales and maintaining efficiency.
Responsibilities- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure channels meet KPIs and OP-GMV goals.
- Communicate paid media changes to finance partners and analytics, ensuring accurate financials for month-end and weekly reporting.
- Serve as the point of contact for all Accounting and Finance month-end close deliverables.
- Support campaign planning, brand POVs, innovation pitches, and channel executional support.
- Provide expertise to champion paid media best practices and educate marketing leaders on media optimization.
- Partner with agency and channel partners to ensure cohesive paid media plan execution and reporting.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in a paid media role, including strategy and full funnel planning.
- Ability to implement process efficiencies and work cross-functionally within the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail, especially in financial acumen.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in discussing business updates with brand leaders.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Tableau or similar data dashboards is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of paid media channels, including Paid Social, Affiliates, SEM, OOH, TV, Content, CTV/OTT, Audio, Display/programmatic.
