Summary

The Senior Stock Controller supports store operations and sales teams by managing inventory and ensuring compliance with company procedures. This role helps maintain accurate stock levels, deliver consistent service standards, and support the store team.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock is organized according to operational guidelines.
• Support store employees with inventory maintenance and back-of-house procedures.
• Assist clients with merchandise repairs and returns while upholding service standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience.
• Experience with inventory management, maintenance, and availability reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and leadership skills; luxury retail experience and a college degree are preferred.
