Senior Stock Controller - Wynn

Summary

The Senior Stock Controller partners with store operations and management to oversee back of house duties, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and ensures adherence to company procedures while acting as Client Experience Manager and Manager on Duty. The role coaches and supervises stock and sales teams to maintain operational standards and drive store performance through inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back of house and sales floor activities, acting as manager on duty
• Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff for inventories
• Coach and mentor Stock Associates and sales team to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with inventory maintenance and operational procedures
• Provide customer service regarding repairs and returns of merchandise
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and availability reports
• Execute Moncler service standards and store operational policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail operations experience
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred
• Experience supervising others and providing coaching
• Proven track record in inventory management and reporting
• Proficient with MS Word Excel and Outlook
• College degree preferred
• Authorization to work in the country of employment
• Willingness to work overtime and varied hours including standing and lifting up to 40 pounds
