Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Specialist - Wholesale leads end-to-end operational execution for the company’s wholesale business, ensuring order lifecycle efficiency, visibility, and alignment across teams. This role serves as a primary liaison between brand partners and internal operations to drive proactive issue resolution and high service levels. The position oversees order prioritization, allocation, invoicing, return authorizations, and KPI tracking to support data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Own analytical tracking and reporting of the wholesale order lifecycle from market to invoicing, providing actionable insights to Sales, Merchandising, and leadership.
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting for order intake, allocation, fulfillment, and invoicing performance.
- Manage SAP order processing and EDI integration (850, 860, 856, 810), ensuring data integrity and compliance with customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve systemic data issues such as pricing discrepancies, SKU mismatches, and delivery constraints.
- Lead root cause analysis, process optimization initiatives, and post-migration stabilization efforts for systems and workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Demand Planning, Inventory Control, Accounts Receivable, and 3PLs to drive alignment and remove operational roadblocks.
- Define and monitor critical wholesale KPIs and lead governance cadences with brands to escalate and resolve performance risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, wholesale operations, or order management.
- Advanced expertise in SAP order processing and EDI (850, 860, 856, 810) required.
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into business insights and executive-level communications.
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling); Power BI experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across regions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, experience with root cause analysis, and process improvement in complex environments.
