Senior Supply Planner

As a Senior Supply Planner at Richemont Americas in New York, you will play a crucial role in optimizing distribution to ensure high service levels for both online and offline customers. You will be responsible for managing inventory across all channels and product categories, aiming to achieve high sell-through rates and meet invoicing obligations.

• Ensure fulfillment of retail stores and ecommerce for new and permanent products to maximize availability and sales.
• Control target stock settings for CO/permanent products and manage auto replenishment systems.
• Collaborate with local merchandising and VM teams for timely store setups for novelties and newness.
• Support stores with specific requests and liaise with HQ supply as needed.
• Validate forecast proposals on permanent products from HQ supply team.
• Conduct weekly sales analysis and propose assortment adjustments in collaboration with merchandising teams.
• Monitor inventory across all channels and manage stock targets and overstock.
• Ensure proper settings of the Order Management System in cooperation with retail operations and digital teams.
• Support and monitor stock for new hybrid models of wholesale and ecommerce replenishment.
• Oversee Drop Ship, Marketplace, and Offprice operations.
• Plan Friends and Family Sale in collaboration with AVP of Operations.
• Execute Return to CLOG/CDC based on HQ requests.
• Collaborate with local logistics to follow distribution lead times and provide forecasts.
• Act as the main point of contact for tools improvement and release.
• Partner with all business channels including retail, wholesale, and operations.

• 5 years of experience in supply chain distribution within a luxury retail network.
• Exposure to product categories including RTW, Accessories, and Shoes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as SAP, Anaplan, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
