Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Talent Acquisition professional at our Flagship location, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
