Summary
Senior Talent Development Manager responsible for designing and delivering talent management and leadership development programs to build career paths, cultivate leadership capacity, and retain high performers across the organization. The role partners with global and local HR teams to assess needs, create learning experiences, manage the LMS, and measure program effectiveness. This position reports to senior talent leadership and supports succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement learning and development strategies and annual training programs aligned with business priorities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Create engaging training programs workshops and learning materials using varied methodologies
- Facilitate and lead workshops development initiatives and high potential leadership programs
- Partner with global teams and external consultants to deliver development programs
- Manage and maximize the internal LMS system and related reporting
- Evaluate program effectiveness and report on metrics and outcomes
- Support annual talent planning succession and identify internal successors for key roles
- Manage in-house development budget with senior leadership support
Requirements
- 8 years minimum experience in talent development in multi-national fast-paced environments
- Formal education in HR organizational psychology or similar
- Certification preferred such as Gallup Hogan SLII or 360
- Coaching skills and experience facilitating leadership programs
- Experience with LMS platforms 360Learning preferred
- Proficient in design thinking agile methodologies and talent management software
- Advanced MS Office and virtual meeting tools such as Zoom
- Strong communication analytical and project management skills
- Ability to foster continuous learning and support DEI development initiatives
