Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Trade Manager at Richemont in Grand Prairie, TX, you will lead International Transportation and Trade Operations, ensuring seamless and compliant movement of goods across our brand portfolio. You will oversee Foreign Trade Zone operations, manage import/export activities, and drive improvements in trade and customs processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead import and export activities, ensuring compliance with global customs regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Foreign Trade Zone, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations.
  • Act as a primary contact for trade and customs-related matters, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain trade compliance procedures and internal controls.
  • Manage relationships with customs brokers and transportation providers.
  • Support duty optimization strategies and manage internal audits of trade compliance processes.
  • Drive the development and improvement of the CTPAT security program.
  • Manage a cross-functional team to ensure program compliance and address security challenges.
  • Provide training on customs and trade compliance topics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing operations within a Foreign Trade Zone.
  • 10 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or trade compliance.
  • Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CTPAT, Duty Drawback, and U.S. trade programs.
  • Expertise in U.S. import and export trade compliance regulations.
  • Experience in international transportation modes and practices.
  • Strong data analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
